Hudson Valley Resort
The Hudson Valley Resort is a large hotel located between Kerhonkson and Accord in Ulster County. It was originally a Borscht Belt resort known as the Granit and is in a relatively isolated location. It is somewhat removed from the other Borscht Belt hotels and overlooks the Catskills from a distance.
